No. Netriam is an assistant, not a decision-maker. Every extracted field is presented for a competent person to confirm, edit or reject before it's treated as final. Nothing is auto-approved.

Accuracy is high on clear documents and lower on messy or handwritten ones — which is exactly why every field shows a confidence level and a status. Anything blank, low-confidence or needing a human is flagged for review rather than quietly accepted.

It's where you add your own procedures and rules. The Audit step checks each document against them and reports where it passes or needs attention. Uploading to the Knowledge Base is always included and never counts towards your document allowance.

Yes — to PDF, Word, Excel or JSON, including confirmed fields, quality findings, audit results and the photos captured from the source document.

Only the project documents you process (the ones you upload for extraction and review). Procedures and rules you add to the Knowledge Base do not count.

You'll be prompted to choose a plan. Until you do, uploading new documents is paused — your existing data stays exactly where it is.

Uploads pause until your next billing cycle or an upgrade. You'll see a clear prompt in the app before and when you reach the limit.

No. We do not use your content to train any model, and we instruct our AI provider not to train on data submitted through their API.

Only members of your organisation. Data is isolated per organisation at the database level.

Yes. You can export all of your organisation's data as a JSON file at any time, and an owner can permanently delete all documents and derived data from Settings.

No. Netriam never stores or reproduces the wording of third-party standards it doesn't own. It references them by citation and your own descriptions only.
